Meet Lucy!

Originally from western Pennsylvania, Lucy attended Northern Michigan University before transferring to Appalachian State University in 2020. As a lifelong lover of the mountains, it is no surprise that she has spent all but two years of her life residing in the Appalachians. Lucy joined the Vincent Properties team in 2020, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Management in 2022, and obtained her North Carolina real estate license in 2023. Today, she proudly serves as a member of Team Vincent, as well as the firm’s Administrative and Transaction Coordinator. Lucy lives in Blowing Rock with her partner, Abe, and their two cats, Gretchen and Hobbes. In their free time, she and Abe enjoy spending time with family and friends, strolls down Main Street, skiing and snowboarding, hiking, and attending as many Avett Brothers concerts as possible. Lucy is also an avid traveler and holds dual citizenship in Croatia.

Lucy’s passion for real estate is deeply rooted in her love for the High Country and its vibrant community. For her, working in the High Country isn’t just a career – it’s a way to channel her passion for the great outdoors and the people who call it home. She thrives on exploring new properties, connecting with new people, and sharing the unique beauty of the area while giving back to the community that makes it special.
