Some days, being a real estate agent isn’t easy, but then comes a client that reminds you why you are in the business.  Recently, our Realtor® Chad Vincent of Team Vincent sold a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home in Laurel Ridge, North Carolina. It had not been the easiest of closings but Chad and his client, Jeffrey, persevered. Chad described Jeffrey as a great client to work with, and Chad felt confident that he did the best by Jeffrey. Vincent Properties proved that a family owned and operated real estate company is more capable and caring than nationally-linked real estate firms that boast of their abilities.  Previously I had contracted with national firms that at best showed my house three times some months.  During the tenure of Vincent Properties my house showed four to six times each month.  Vincent Properties was the only real estate firm with which I have dealt that employed drone technology to showcase my property.  Vincent Properties advertising and connections with local realtors proved decisively in making the connections necessary to sell my home.  Indeed the only regret I have is that I did not contract with Vincent Properties sooner.

Vincent Properties have provided me with the professional, mental support I needed to navigate the selling process.  My calls and texts to Vincent Properties’ office were always answered within 24 hours, often the same day.  When a buyer was found you walked me through the selling process and explained to me my rights and duties.  At the same time you were my advocate never just knuckling under to the buyers’ demands but challenging outrageous demands and behavior.  Indeed you provided me the psychological direction and support I needed.

Vincent Properties has the advantage in selling property in Watauga County lacked by the national-linked realty companies in the High Country. Should I ever again have property to sell in North Carolina or eastern Tennessee I will be prevailing upon Vincent Properties to again accept me as your client.
